Field Service Irrigation and Sprinkler Technician

      Permanency: Temp to Hire

          Benefits: Supplemental until Hired

          Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and emergency call-ins, occasional Saturdays

          Starting Pay: Discussed during the interview process

          Pay Frequency: Every Friday

          Requirements: Previous knowledge and light experience with sprinkler and or irrigation systems required. Pass a background check and urinary analysis which is temperature-sensitive, and have a driver's license with a good driving record.

          Duties: Responsible for driving to customers' homes and troubleshooting issues with the existing systems. You will be responsible for calling in repair issues to the supervisor and communicating to the customer your findings including if you can fix it with exiting parts or if new parts are needed. Will be riding along at first until you learn the ropes.

          Fire and Water Property Restoration

          Permanency: Temp to Hire

                    Provide duplicate invoice copies as needed

                    Resolve customer billing disputes and/or escalate to supervisor/hotel as needed

                    Some research and reconciliation may be needed

                    Provide a high level of customer service to both our external and internal customers

                    Promptly respond to all inquiries

                    Other duties as may be assigned by supervisors

                    Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs.

Also, send out all billing, charge or refund final balances, and post

                      final billing adjustments.
